名古屋大学ヤング・リーダーズ・プログラム留学生が来庁しました。／Young Leaders' Program foreign-participants from Nagoya University visited Tokai-Hokuriku Regional Bureaus of Health and Welfare.

　令和2年9月3日(木)に名古屋大学大学院医学系研究科ヤング・リーダーズ・プログラムで7か国9名の留学生が東海北陸厚生局を訪れ、医事課、医療課、麻薬取締部よりそれぞれ厚生労働省の業務、保険診療、麻薬取締に関する講義を受けました。
　ヤング・リーダーズ・プログラムとは、平成12年から文部科学省により実施されている留学生施策です。名古屋大学では発展途上国の保健行政分野における中央政府の将来の政策リーダーに、1年間のプログラムを実施しています。そのプログラムのひとつとして、東海北陸厚生局で講義が行われました。
　なお、今回COVID-19対策のため、参加者のマスク着用および手指消毒、席の間隔の確保、室内の換気などを行いながら実施しました。
　On September 3^rd, 2020, 9 Young Leaders' Program (YLP) participants from 7 countries visited Tokai-Hokuriku Regional Bureaus of Health and Welfare (THRBHW). They received lectures about duties of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare; medical insurance system and narcotic control from Medical Professions Division, Medical Economics Division and Narcotics Control Department of THRBHW.
　YLP is one of the foreign-student policy implemented by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology since 2000. Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine has provided one-year course for young future leaders of central governments. One of their programs is to learn health policy and health administration, which was provided by THRBHW.
　To prevent COVID-19, we carried out the activities while wearing masks and sanitizing hands of the participants, keeping seat spacing and ventilating the room.
